Paul E. Roman
Paul concentrates his practice in trust and estate law, including planning, administration, taxation and dispute resolution. A member of The Florida Bar since 1986, Paul is also admitted to practice in the State of New York, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and before the United States Tax Court.
Paul received his LL.M. (Taxation) from Boston University School of Law, and his J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law.
A former chair of the Florida Bar’s annual Attorney Trust Officer Liaison Conference, Paul is also a past president and current member of the Greater Boca Raton Estate Planning Council, a past president of the East Coast Estate Planning Council, a member of the Trust and Estates Section of the New York State Bar, and a member of the Executive Council of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, where he is the ethics editor of the section’s ActionLine magazine and a member of the Ethics and Professionalism Committee.
